‘A History of People with a Purpose’

When BPM Associates was established back in July 2013, Founder Jeremy Opperman had a vision to accelerate the rate of impact on the life sciences industry through intentional relationship building and exceptional client service.

That vision was largely shaped by Opperman’s godfather, Michael Kredovski (Iron Mike to his friends), who ran a successful small business in the biomedical industry for over four decades in the late 20th century.

Kredovski’s company was known as Biomedical Associates (BMA), which inspired Opperman’s company name of BPM Associates (BPMA).

Today, BPM Associates maintains its tradition of putting people first through focused discipline and a passion for service to a greater cause.

BPM’s highly skilled leaders leverage empathy, persistence, and operational excellence to deliver results that resonate – for its clients and its communities.

Relationships Matter – People drive our purpose – from our clients to our employees and community affiliates, we deliver exceptional client services because every interaction with our stakeholders is met with empathy, respect, and a willingness to go the extra mile.

Service to a Greater Cause – The changes we seek to make are important and lasting. We create a better world by giving our best to each project. We do this not for short term, personal gain, or prestige, but to make a noticeable difference.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging – We believe everyone should feel welcome and included at work and in their community. When we treat each other with dignity, respect, and understanding, we can all be truly extraordinary.
